What are your hours of operation and where are you located?

Do you take walk ins?
Well, kind of! If you call/DM/Email to book directly with us. We can likely fit you in on any Tuesday thru Sunday!
What can I make?
Your ticket includes RING MAKING! But you can upgrade to earrings or copper bangles!
What can I expect?
During our 2 hour guided sessions you will size, saw, hammer, solder, polish & embellish your own ring from start to finish
In between steps our instructor will have some fun conversation starters / questions to keep you entertained!
Parking recommendations?
We recommend you park in the lot located at 600 1st Ave N across the street from Mirror Lake. It's only $5 per day!
What type of materials do you use?
Our primary metal is 925 / Sterling Silver but you may upgrade to gold filled. Solid gold must be ordered at least 48hrs in advance.
Do you work with other metals / do you take special requests?
In addition to what is readily in stock (Sterling, Gold fill), we can source and special order Yellow Gold, 18k White Gold, and Copper and Brass
We do not work with platinum or steel
Please note these requests must be made a MINIMUM of 48hrs in advance and will require an additional fee

Are refunds allowed?
We do not give refunds. If you would like to reschedule your reservation we will happily reschedule you for another date. Same day cancellations result in forfeiture of your ticket.
Are there any age restrictions? I'd like to bring my child
While there are no strict age restrictions, we do recommend a 10 year old minimum.
We will be working with various tools that can be difficult and dangerous for younger children to operate like torches. But if you are confident that your child can safely follow direction, we'd be glad to have them!
Do I need to know how to make jewelry?
Not at all! Our professional silversmiths will guide you through the whole process

I am getting married. Can I set a stone?
Absolutely! Cabachons or flat back rose cut stones. We have a small stock of assorted synthetic and genuine stones. Specific stones must be ordered ahead of time.
